Our Care Navigation Team are available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:30pm. Patients can however book, cancel and check on appointments using our automated telephony service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We can also be contacted via Accurx Contact us about your request (accurx.com), the Care Navigation team will review your request the next working day (Monday to Friday), and direct your enquiry to the appropriate clinician.
Our enhanced access service provides an additional 58 hours of clinical capacity outside of core patients hours, these appointments are available weeknights from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and *Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm at our Badger Farm Surgery. In order to make an enhanced access appointment please contact our Care Navigation team.
