Practice Manager

Victoria is responsible for the day to day running of the practice.

Davina Harris

Davina Harris (she/her)

Deputy Practice Manager

Davina works with Victoria in the general day to day running of the practice and its patient’s needs.

Chloe Willis

Chloe Willis (she/her)

Finance Manager

Chloe deals with all the financial aspects of the practice. Chloe is currently on maternity leave following the birth of her son in April 2024.

Lucy Burrell

Lucy Burrell (she/her)

Operations Lead

Lucy has been with Friarsgate since 2018, she looks after the operational aspects of running the practice. Lucy also enjoys the digital side of things- managing our Facebook and Instagram accounts and our website. Outside of work she enjoys horse riding and walking her Pug, Pablo.

Debby Thompson

Debby Thompson (she/her)

Care Navigation Team Manager

Debby manages our busy care navigation team on a day to day basis. When not at work, she can be found walking her dog, or spending time with her family.

Gemma Miller (she/her)

Care Navigation Team Deputy Manager

Gemma joined Friarsgate as a Care Navigator in 2021, after spending 8 years as a Dementia care assistant.
Fast forward to 2024 and Gemma is the Deputy Care Navigation Manager, supporting the daily running of the Care Navigation team and assisting with patient queries.
When not working, Gemma’s priority is having quality time with her family and her fur baby, a toy poodle.

Silvia Greenaway

Silvia Greenaway (she/her)

Badger Farm Surgery Co-ordinator

Silvia has been with Friarsgate for almost 27 years! She manages the Badger Farm surgery. Silvia enjoys spending time with her grandchildren outside of work.

Chloe Woodworth

Chloe Woodworth (she/her)

Workflow and Private Services Manager

Chloe has been at FG since January 2015. She is the Workflow and Private Services Manager and, along with her small team, is kept rather busy dealing with all the documents and patient information that comes in and goes out of the practice each day. As well as overseeing the team who coordinate all Occupational Health and Private Medicals undertaken by our OH GP’s.In her spare time Chloe loves baking!! –  and has even made several wedding cakes for her friends and family over the years as well! Chloe also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family (especially over good food and drink), swimming, and she will always make time to watch anything related to true crime or The Tudor period, particularly if its about Henry V111!!!
