Kate Hawkridge

Kate Hawkridge (she/her)

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
RGN, RM, BSc (hons) Advanced nurse practitioner, NMP

Kate joined the practice in May 2017.She works with the duty team and enjoys triaging and seeing and treating the on the day urgent care patients. Nurse Kate has one daughter who lives in Reading, and in her spare time enjoys walking her dogs Alice, Henry and Nellie and doing arts and crafts.

Victoria Lewis

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

Victoria joined the practice in August 2019. She works as part of our on the day urgent care team and has special interest in Neurosciences. Victoria is married with two children who keep her busy. In her spare time she enjoys swimming and socialising with friends.

Rachel Hedges

Rachel Hedges (she/her)

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Rachel joined the practice in September 2021.Rachel works as part of the on the day urgent care team and has special interest in respiratory diseases and frailty. Rachel lives in Winchester with her husband, two children and dog Dottie.Outside of work she enjoys spending days out with my family, seeing friends and travelling.  

Naomi Kennett

Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Naomi joined the PCN In 2021 and works as a mental health advanced nurse practitioner, she works closely with the duty team to support mental health needs within the surgery. In her spare time Naomi will be found with her four cats (fur children) relaxing, or enjoys going on walks and socialising with friends. 

Rachel Snell

Lead Practice Nurse-RN Adult/ Nurse prescriber

Rachel joined the practice in December 2018.She enjoys all aspects of General Practice but, has special interests in Diabetes, Women’s health and minor illness. Nurse Rachel is married with three children and enjoys running and weight lifting in her spare time.

Janis Leach

Practice Nurse-RN

Janis Joined the practice in October 2019.She enjoys all aspects of practice nursing but, has a specialist interest in Asthma, COPD and wound care. Nurse Janis has three grown up children and a dog called Elsie. In her spare time she enjoys reading, swimming, line dancing and long walks with Elsie.

Megan Fry-Wife

Megan Fry-Wife (she/her)

Practice Nurse-RN

Megan Joined the practice in November 2022. She enjoys all aspects of practice nursing but, has particular interests in Women’s health, Diabetes and Travel advice. Megan enjoys baking and crocheting in her spare time. Her first crochet project was a blanket for her pet cat ‘Bubbles’ who she adopted in 2022.

Laura Goldie

Practice Nurse-RN

Laura joined the practice in November 2023. Laura is a Practice Nurse and has special interest in gynaecology and womens health. Laura lives in Chandlers Ford with her husband, two boys and dog Bailey. Having recently moved from Scotland, Laura enjoys spending her days off with her family in the great outdoors exploring their new surroundings and travelling.

Amy Semmens (she/her)

Practice Nurse, BSC in Adult Nursing

Amy joined the practice in September 2024. Amy is a practice nurse with an interest in women’s health and contraception. Amy lives in Shedfield with her boyfriend Will and has a dog named Yogi. She enjoys travelling, reading, and sometimes running.

Jenny Hanson

Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Healthcare assistant Jenny joined the practice in June 2019. She enjoys all aspects of her role in practice but, has a specialist interest in wound care. Healthcare assistant Jenny enjoys sewing, furniture upcycling and being outdoors in her spare time.

Claire re-joined the practice in December 2023. She works as part of the nursing team and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family and running, when times allows.

Clare Wickes

Clare Wickes (she/her)

Research Nurse- RGN, BSc (Hons)

Nurse Clare joined the practice in October 2017. She enjoys all aspects of her research role in practice. Nurse Clare has 2 boys, who keep her very busy. In her spare time she enjoys anything that entails being active and outdoors, particularly walking, kayaking, skiing and coasteering.
